BAKED By Luigi, NYC Pizza is a "DREAM turned REALITY"

for Master Pizza Maker, Luigi Vassallo.

 Luigi has lived in the East Village since 2010

and is a well known and loved member of the community. 

He has worked and managed various pizzeria's his entire life,

getting his first "paid" job at the ripe old age of 14 years old. 

He has worked in every role and knows what it takes

to make both his employees and customers happy!
